I'm Claire Ashworth; a Business Psychologist, Executive Coach and founder of Growthology.

The name Growthology reflects what has always been at the heart of my work: understanding how people grow and change. Drawing on psychology, behavioural science and 20+ years of experience, I help individuals, teams and organisations create meaningful, lasting change, especially in fast-paced, complex and high pressure environments.
